The Assistant Vice President (AVP) will serve as a strategic and operational finance leader, overseeing full-cycle accounting, reporting, and compliance for nonprofit clients- most notably supporting a $70 million organization on Chicago’s West Side. This role manages a blended team of U.S.-based and international accounting professionals responsible for functions such as grants management, billing, payroll, procurement, and general ledger operations. The AVP will collaborate closely with client executive teams and Quatrro leadership to deliver accurate, timely, and transparent financial management. Ideal candidates bring deep nonprofit accounting expertise, strong technical and leadership skills, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic insight in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Chicago. The salary range for this role is between $160,000- $200,000, accompanied by the Quatrro benefits package and an annual bonus.
