Senior Director, Financial Operations

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) seeks a Senior Director of Financial Operations to oversee all disbursement, accounts payable, and vendor management activities across the organization. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will assess current systems and processes, implement strong financial controls, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payment operations across multiple entities. They will lead the continued implementation and optimization of NetSuite—defining approval hierarchies, automating workflows, and improving accuracy and efficiency. The Senior Director will manage a five-person team responsible for AP, card programs, and cash management, ensuring all vendor payments are properly authorized, recorded, and reconciled. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring order, structure, and accountability to a fast-paced financial environment while driving modernization and operational excellence.
