Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the daily operations of NAR’s accounts payable function and manage a small team responsible for processing vendor payments, reconciliations, and disbursements across multiple entities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Operations, this leader will ensure all transactions are timely, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards and internal controls. They will own the organization’s cash log, oversee the review of invoices, bill credits, and payment exceptions, and maintain complete and accurate records within NetSuite. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both manage staff and strengthen systems- driving consistency, accountability, and process improvement within NAR’s financial operations.
