The Opportunity

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will provide strategic vision and clinical leadership across MHHC’s 30 health centers, guiding a multidisciplinary team of more than 200 providers and eight direct reports. Reporting to the CEO, the CMO will advance clinical standards, strengthen provider productivity, ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, and champion quality care for more than 50,000 patients annually. This mission-driven physician leader will foster collaboration, improve workflows, and bring innovation to anticipate evolving community needs, helping MHHC remain at the forefront of health equity in the Bronx and Brooklyn.

Location, Compensation and Benefits

This is an on-site position based in the Bronx, New York, with occasional travel to other locations in Brooklyn. The salary range for this opportunity is $300,000 – $400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
