The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) plays a crucial role in shaping and driving CASL’s long-term financial sustainability and mission impact. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors, the CAO is a key leader responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive philanthropic strategy that ensures CASL’s growth and ability to meet the evolving needs of the communities it serves.
This is a hybrid role based in Chicago. Salary for this role is between $180,000 – $200,000, accompanied by a strong benefits package.
